Maintenance is great. management needs work
Maintenance and cleaning staff are phenomenal. Overall a great building to live in and a great location. To rising sun management ... and red tail management: you can kindly take my recent and wrongfully charged $54.75 renters insurance payment and shove it all the way up your asses. I understand that it is a separate company that charges this separately from red tail, but it shows up under rising sun charges so that is the reason for my frustration towards you. We have had our own renters insurance policy this whole time. I learned today that when we went to upload our updated insurance policy in the separate insurance portal in March 2024 it was denied, and we have been charged three months now on your master policy. The fact that management cannot deduct $54.75 from our account after a mistake due to a convoluted separate portal system after collecting thousands of dollars in rent from us the past two years is extremely irritating. I'd recommend putting this all under one portal where documents and policies can be uploaded to the same place so things are not lost in the shuffle. If red tail is looking for a greedy way to piss off their tenants who have paid thousands of dollars month after month year after year with a bullshit $54.75 charge that should not have happened and not taking any steps to remedy the situation, you sure have succeeded.
